We
developed a client windows application that you can setup to run
automatically on any given day, at any specific time, or at any time,
you can run at will. Each time the P@MS QB Exchange software is
initiated, it will download the transactions in the P@MS On-line data
base and record those transactions into your QuickBooks. Then you can
use QuickBooks to perform your financial reporting.
Features include:
- Downloading payment, cash receipts and account adjustments from
P@MS On-line to your QuickBooks
- Your QuickBooks is always on your computer at your location
- Transactions can be downloaded on demand (at any time) or be
scheduled to run at a specific time every day or any day you
designate
- You can upload to P@MS, from your QuickBooks, your Chart of
Accounts, Vendors, Customers and Classes to make transactions match
and to ensure your data is recorded to the proper accounts
