The team that
created the P@MS on-line software did so by the
experience and knowledge gained in the Property
Management software industry over the past 16 years. We
have been deeply involved in the development and sales
of HOA/POA, Rental and Commercial property management
software during that 16 years and came to realize that
certain niche markets exist, especially in the area
where there is a rather small number of units involved
and the Association uses QuickBooks or other financial
software to maintain their accounting books.
In
2001, we pioneered the then new QuickBooks Software
Development Kit that Intuit began to provide with
Microsoft .Net technology, also new at the time. Our
experience and knowledge evolved since those humble
beginnings to what we see is a practical and easy
solution to so many Associations that exist today. We
hope you find the use of our product, P@MS On-Line, to
be the same.
Although our current offering is an
interface to QuickBooks, we see that this can be
expanded to other financial software like Microsoft
Small Business Accounting, Peachtree and just about any
ERP or financial software on the market that provides
the means to interface into their financial software
system. We look forward to this expansion and we
